Title: Academic Advocate

Reports to: Respective Program Director from elementary to high school grades

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area

 Job Purpose:

 The Academic Advocate serves as a conduit of Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood’s program culture, mission, goals, objectives, and theory of change with elementary students in grades 7-12. The Academic Advocate works directly with parents and students to support their academic efforts and encourage their success. Academic Advisors integrate a college-bound culture of learning and relentless advocacy for CVPN community members into all aspects of support. The Academic Advocate is a cultural broker within the community and will remain abreast of all needs, concerns and events occurring within the community by aligning themselves intimately with the catchment area. The Academic Advocate will provide education and support to students, parents and community members. This role is simultaneously that of an advocate as advisors will go to the homes of all absent students to retrieve them and bring them back to school. Because this role requires extensive outreach in the community, advisors must be willing and able to advocate directly in the community.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provides information regarding academic planning, post-secondary education opportunities, college entrance requirements, scholarship and financial aid resources;
  • Coordinates and administers standardized preparatory exams;
  • Conducts parent/student conferences;
  • Assists students with any academic challenges by enrolling them in appropriate after-school courses, providing them with tutors, etc;
  • Responds to inquiries regarding educational programs;
  • Plans awards, incentives and special programs;
  • Assists with the coordination of a variety of available resources such as ROP, vocational education classes, community colleges, adult learning centers, and College and Career Planning Center;
  • Works closely with counseling staff to make community referrals;
  • Promotes positive school, parent, and community relationships;
  • Monitors  attendance and progress of all students on a regular basis;
  • Commutes to student homes when students are absent or to address any challenges;
  • Provides support and education to parents regarding educational and extracurricular development if/when necessary;
  • Maintains program documentation as required by CVPN and its funding sources;
  • Participates in all required orientations, trainings, staff meetings and monthly collaborative meetings;
  • Adheres to all CVPN personnel policies and procedures; and
  • Performs other duties as assigned and required by the Program Coordinator.

  Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in child development, social work/services, or related field Required; Knowledge of early child development and learning theories is desired.  2 years experience working in a community, school  or neighborhood based service organization preferred.  Knowledge in the areas of academic support, outreach, community education, youth development, social justice, and advocacy.  CPR/ First Aid Certification is a plus. Must possess the ability to work with a diverse cultural population. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Knowledge or familiarity with the Castle Park area of Chula Vista is desired.

 Title: Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator (position opens September 2013)

Reports to: ELN Program Director

Based at: Respective Preschool/Daycare within the CVPN community

 Job Purpose:

The Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator, under the supervision of the ELN Program Director, is responsible for providing services to CVPN’ clients and the community. Services will be in keeping with CVPN goals, objectives, mission, style, and theory of change to be provided within a collective framework congruent with the community we serve. The Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator is responsible for working with the team in developing team goals and objectives and in meeting those goals and objectives. Responsible for the overall coordination of services within both licensed and unlicensed preschools within the catchment area. This position requires extensive staff training and development from directly employed staff at CVPN to community members seeking professional development who work in childcare services. The Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator essentially understands setting the standard for quality of care and is able to relay how to develop this standard in catchment area childcare facilities.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  •  Coordinate project activities including development, planning, implementation and evaluation;
  • Participate in creating program curriculum and materials;
  • Coordinate and connect families living in the area to school enrollment services;
  • Advocacy and support for school enrollment, academic support services development and referral sources;
  • Facilitate dialogues between Pipeline Navigator Associates and community members;
  • Train volunteers and tutors providing on-going support and supervision;
  • Mentor child care professionals living within the community;
  • Identify and screen target families in the community and recruit them to enroll in school, academic support services and tutoring;
  • Promote the literacy and tutoring services in the community and maintain school and parent relations;
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain statistical data on required objectives and other vital information;
  • Assist in the planning, organizing meetings and participate in all assigned meetings;
  • Attendance at CVPN’s staff and program meetings; and
  • Other duties as assigned and required by ELN Program Director.

 Qualifications:

 Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role. Minimum 4 years experience in preschool and child development field ages 3-5. Experience in the area of developmentally age appropriate practices, child supervision, curriculum planning and implementation, parent and community education, and record keeping. Ability to work with a culturally diverse population. Minimum of 18 units, each to include licensing core classes, (Child, Family, and Community, Curriculum, Child Development), with a required 3-6 administration units. Bachelor’s degree in child development or a closely related field preferred.  Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred.  Ability to teach problem solving skills and possess excellent communication skills.  Possess initiative, ability to set goals, and prioritize.  Organized and technologically savvy.  Owns transportation, valid California driver’s license, bondable and insurable.

Title: Granger Turnaround Model Specialist (GTM Specialist)

Reports to: K-6 Program Coordinator

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area

 Job Purpose:

Under the supervision of the K-6 Program Coordinator, the GTM Specialist is responsible for assisting with the management, supervision, implementation and contractual/regulatory compliance of the Promise Neighborhood After School Program in the specific areas of tutoring, re-teaching and education programs. Supervisory staff is responsible for working within the team in developing team goals and objectives, and in meeting those goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

  • Should posses intricate working knowledge of the following specific interventions: PMO, AEC, Re-teaching/Retesting, Saturday Academies, Saturday Quarterly Intervention Plan (SQIP), Saturday Extended Learning Program (SELP), Attendance Recovery, Rising Stars, Shining Stars, Shooting Stars, Math 7 All stars, Achieve 3000 All Stars, Intersession Intervention and Credit Recovery;
  • Possess good working knowledge of Chancery, Connect Ed, Data Director and Able Bits;
  • Assist to plan, supervise and implement the daily program in accordance with the goals and policies of Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood;
  • Assist to plan and implement program monthly goals and objectives;
  • Assist to ensure the provision of age appropriate activities and events for participants, coordinating activities to meet the developmental needs and interests of all children;
  • Assist to ensure supervision of all children, ensuring their guidance and safety;
  • Ensure that program and staff consistently comply with all contract requirements and Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood policies and procedures;
  • Assist to ensure established emergency procedures are followed at all times, by all staff, ensuring the safety of the children and staff;
  • Assist accurately document all incidents/accidents and ensure proper communication to all parties as appropriate;
  • Assist to coordinate daily program operations including daily set up, youth supervision, program planning and site maintenance;
  • Assist to provide needed direction and guidance to site staff as needed;
  • Communicate in a positive and effective manner with all participants, school officials, parents, community members and co-workers;

  Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess a successfully passed district school Instructional Aid Exam or have a AA/BS Degree from an accredited university. Two or more years of experience working with youth in after school environment or educational setting is highly desirable. Must be dependable. Must have a warm and friendly personality, while having sensitivity to meet the needs of a diverse population. Must have a willingness to fulfill the job responsibilities in accordance to the program and agency goals. Possess the ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act in an emergency situation. Must have initiative, organizational, clerical, interpersonal and leadership skills. Basic computer skills, record keeping, email, spreadsheets.  Knowledge of operating Windows.  Ability to relate to youth and adults in a professional manner.

Title: English Language Learner (ELL)Coach

Reports to: Project Manage

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area

 Job Purpose:

 The ELL Coach, under the supervision of the Project Manager, is responsible for providing services to CVPN’s clients and the community. Services will be in keeping with CVPN’s goals, mission, style and theory of change provided within a collective framework congruent with the community we are serving. ELL coaches will be responsible for training tutors, instructors and other staff who will be providing services directly to community members. This position is a staff development and training position with little to no contact with actual community members, less during training and development. Because this individual is responsible for training educators who will touch a substantial percentage of the community, it is important that this individual is enthusiastic about CVPN and passionate about ELL/ESL.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  •  Familiar with and progressive in thinking about the latest and most effective ESL/ELL training pedagogies;
  • Design and implement developmentally age appropriate curriculum and activities, with organized and enriched learning centers, encouraging activity and generating interest;
  • Develop and implement curriculums that takes an overall approach to English study or they may focus on a specific aspect of language use, such as life skills, literacy, or vocational and workplace English;
  • Supervise and train all interns, volunteers and mentors to ensure complete compliance with all regulations;
  • Able to effectively communicate and instruct educators;
  • Understand the various approaches involving teaching students basic English skills, such as listening, reading, writing and speaking;
  • Training educators on classroom work that can consist of rote pronunciation techniques, quizzes, textbooks, videos and computer lessons;
  • ELL coach must be knowledgeable of CVPN’s culture and recognize differences that may affect a student’s ability to acclimate to a English-speaking environment and incorporate this cultural responsiveness into curriculum development, staff training and development as well as overall mindfulness;
  • Required to be fluent in English and Spanish in order to communicate with their students;
  • Assist educators in both pedagogical aspects of ELL as well as tools on how to develop goals and objectives consistent with individual student needs;
  • Attend and complete all required training and staff meetings, and participate or lead a variety of profession growth activities;
  • Participate in program evaluation by analysis of student assessment, parent feedback, and agency results;
  • Involve parents and families in student activities and participate in other community activities as assigned; and
  • Performs other duties as assigned and required by the Project Manager.

 Qualifications:

California State Certification in ESL with a minimum of 5 years experience teaching students and a minimum of 2 years experience in professional training. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Title: Promotora

Reports to: ELN Program Director

Based at: CVPN community

 Job Purpose:

Promotoras, under the supervision of the ELN Program Director are responsible for supporting services in the Community. Services will be in keeping with CVPN goals, objectives, mission, style, and theory of change provided within a collective framework, congruent with the community we serve. Promotoras work with the team in developing team goals and objectives and in meeting those goals and objectives working together to stimulate volunteerism and strengthen community ties, respond to the concerns and unmet needs of the community, create more caring relationships among community members, and generally improve community well-being.

  Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

  • Coordinate daily activities required to establish and maintain the goals and objectives of the South Bay’s regional prevention plan;
  • Reach out to, educate, and assist families and students to connect with community resources;
  • Refer students and families to services and provide grassroots outreach;
  • Enhance neighborhood environments and infrastructure;
  • Strengthen community ties for all ages and all ethnic groups;
  • Coordinate community events and activities that instill cultural heritage and community togetherness;
  • Appropriate coordination of contacts with other public and private organizations and individuals, as necessary to effectively serve clients.  (e.g. progress reports to referral sources, client referrals to other agencies);
  • Monthly collection of data and information of services provided; and
  • Other duties as assigned and required by Project Manager.

  Qualifications:

 High school education preferred, but not required. Minimum one-year experience preferred in a community based or neighborhood service organization or similar experience.  Experience in the areas of outreach, community education and development, advocacy, crisis intervention and case management. Title: Development Specialist

Reports to: Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area

  Job Purpose:

 Under the supervision of the Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator, the Development Specialist provides integrated services for children, and their families, which supports the optimal development of each student. The Development Specialist is responsible for providing services to CVPN’s clients and the Community. Services will be in keeping with agency goals, objectives, mission, style and theory of change provided within a collective framework congruent with the community we serve. Specialists are responsible for working with the team in developing team goals and objectives and in meeting those goals and objectives. The Development Specialist will perform various duties for preschool families.  The duties for this position will include assessing the family needs for education, health, social services and other support resources, identifying barriers to access, evaluating family support systems, and identifying potential resources. Development Specialists also serve families who have special needs with resources and outreach services. Additionally, the Development Specialist serves as a consultant, educator and mentor for various preschool/daycare programs, care providers and teachers within the community by providing resources, professionally developing individuals and better understanding what their needs are to better help them thrive in the community. This position is intimately connected to the Theorist of Change in that she/he will infuse the Theorists pedagogy and council as well as consult with the Theorist on different circumstances within the community.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

  • Develops an integrated plan that includes setting goals, objectives and making appropriate referrals;
  • Visit family childcare centers and care providers to provide professional development, training, mentorship opportunities and resources;
  • Acts as liaison on behalf of family to accomplish the developed service plan.  Supports, counsels and educates families to build self-sufficiency skills and confidence to access service systems, and to strengthen family’s ability to meet their educational, health and social needs;
  • Participates in school team meetings.  Acts as liaison between school personnel and other referral sources to provide feedback and support development for integrated services;
  • Ensures regular contact with family, school and various service providers to monitor progress and reevaluate the services plan as necessary;
  • Participates in a range of training activities to develop expertise in providing services within an integrated service delivery model;
  • Maintains current and accurate records; prepares reports on service activities. Enters data into reporting software and prepares reports as required;
  • Will participate in outreach and community education activities;
  • Assist in organizing Parent Trainings that may include; contacting Service Agencies for guest speakers, room arrangements and other coordination functions; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required by the Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator.

 Job Purpose:

 The teacher under the supervision of the Preschool/Daycare Program Coordinator is responsible for providing services to CVPN’s clients and the community. Services will be in keeping with CVPN and center goals, mission, style and theory of change provided within a collective framework congruent with the community we are serving. Teaching staff is responsible for working within the team in developing team goals and objectives, and in meeting those goals and objectives.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

  • Establish and daily maintain a clean environment and center appearance;
  • Conduct and record monthly fire and earthquake drills;
  • Attend to children’s appearance and cleanliness throughout the day;
  • Maintains state mandated ratios at all times;
  • Report any reasonable suspicion of child abuse or neglect immediately;
  • Attend and complete all required training and staff meetings, and participate in a variety of profession growth activities;
  • Document all child and staff injuries, behavior, concerns, and unusual events. Report to management and communicate to parents as needed;
  • Complete compliance with all federal state, local, agency, and licensing regulations;
  • Monitor children’s health, administer basic first aid, and notify management;
  • Plan, organize, and maintain functional and attractive classrooms that relate to curriculum goals and objectives;
  • Monitor, observe, and interact with children during outdoor play activities to promote student learning;
  • Develop goals and objectives consistent with individual student needs;
  • Participate in program evaluation by analysis of student assessment, parent feedback, and agency results;

 Title: In Class Tutor

Reports to: Respective Program Director from elementary to high school grades

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area        

Job Purpose:

 The In Class Tutor is responsible for providing academic support services to elementary and middle school age youth in their respective schools in the Castle Park area. Tutors will be responsible in keeping with Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood’s anchors of transformation, program culture, mission, goals, objectives, and style, within a collective, team  framework which is representative of the community we serve.  The In Class Tutor will provide academic support to teachers in the classroom and any guidance to children and youth on a variety of topics including life skills such as positive decision making, self esteem building, etc. The In Class Tutor’s primary focus of responsibility will be to provide students with academic support in learning or developing English as a second language skills in both group and individual capacities. In Class Tutors are also responsible for assisting teachers with any behavioral development challenges in the classroom with a particular emphasis on how systemically originated challenges arise in child development especially in underserved environments.  The In Class Tutors are required to undergo training with an assigned ELL coach both at the outset and throughout employment.

 Key Reponsibilities and Accountabilities:  

  • Assist in the development of programs that coincide with the goals and objectives of Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood for all students residing in the catchment area;
  • Should be extremely organized, responsible and posses sincere desire to work with children and youth in education;
  • Provide and/or assist with individual/group academic support and is able to articulate the learning targets for each class, group of children and individual students who may have a personalized academic schedule based on needs;
  • Should be passionate about working and advocating in an underserved, primarily Latina/o population where only a “whatever it takes” mentality and drive will endure;
  • Facilitate and/or co-facilitate outreach presentations to youth, parents, guardians and community members;
  • Facilitate and/or co-facilitate life skills presentations, youth activities, and any other relevant youth program activities;
  • Maintain program documentation as required by CVPN and its funding sources;
  • Participate in all required orientations, trainings, staff meetings and monthly collaborative meetings;
  • Adhere to all CVPN personnel policies and procedures; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required by the respective Program Coordinator/Director.

 Qualifications:

 Required minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring children and youth services field. Experience should preferably have been in a community based or neighborhood service organization.  Have knowledge in the areas of academic support/tutoring, group facilitation; organizing youth activities, outreach, community education, youth development, and advocacy.  Applicants must provide proof completion of 48 college units or have an Associate’s Degree (or higher). Having CPR/ First Aid Certification is a plus. Possess the ability to work with a diverse cultural population. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Title: After School Tutor

Reports to: Respective Program Director from elementary to high school grades

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area

 Job Purpose:

 The After School Tutor is responsible for providing academic support services to elementary, middle, high school age youth, and community members, in their respective after school programs in the Castle Park area. Tutors will be responsible in keeping with Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood’s theory of change, program culture, mission, goals, objectives, and style, within a collective framework, representative of the community we serve. Tutor will provide academic support and guidance to children and youth on a variety of topics including life skills such as positive decision making, self esteem building, etc. Tutor primary focus of responsibility will be to provide individual/group tutoring utilizing the Granger Turnaround Model, youth activities, and/or supervising youth at various locations such as schools and/or alternative sites. 

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

  • Assist in the development of programs that coincide with the goals and objectives of Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood for all students residing in the catchment area;
  • Should be extremely organized, responsible and posses sincere desire to work with children and youth in education;
  • Provide and/or assist with individual/group academic support and is able to articulate the learning targets for each class, group of children and individual students who may have a personalized academic schedule based on needs;

 High school students should be either juniors or seniors with reliable access to transportation. Title: Granger Turnaround Model Assistant (GTM Assistant)

Reports to: GTM Specialist

Based at: Respective School Site within the Castle Park area

 Job Purpose:

 Under the supervision of the GTM Specialist, the GTM Assistant is responsible for assisting with the management, supervision, implementation and contractual/regulatory compliance of the Promise Neighborhood After School Program in the specific areas of tutoring, re-teaching and education programs. In effect, the GTM Assistant acts as support to the GTM Specialist while also assuming the role of lead manager when the GTM Specialist is otherwise unavailable. Supervisory staff is responsible for working within the team in developing team goals and objectives, and in meeting those goals and objectives.

  Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

  • Assist to plan, supervise and implement the daily program in accordance with the goals and policies of Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood;
  • Assist to plan and implement program monthly goals and objectives;
  • Assist to ensure the provision of age appropriate activities and events for participants, coordinating activities to meet the developmental needs and interests of all children;
  • Assist to ensure supervision of all children, ensuring their guidance and safety;
  • Ensure that program and staff consistently comply with all contract requirements and Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood policies and procedures;
  • Assist to ensure established emergency procedures are followed at all times, by all staff, ensuring the safety of the children and staff;
  • Assist accurately document all incidents/accidents and ensure proper communication to all parties as appropriate;
  • Assist to coordinate daily program operations including daily set up, youth supervision, program planning and site maintenance;
  • Assist to provide needed direction and guidance to site staff as needed;
  • Serve as a liaison between staff members and upper management;
  • Cover for absent staff and fill in where necessary;
  • Communicate in a positive and effective manner with all participants, school officials, parents, community members and co-workers;
  • Wear assigned school uniform or Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood staff shirt and name tag during work hours;
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times to ensure the Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood image and mission statement are upheld;

 Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience working with youth in after school environment or educational setting is highly desirable. Must be dependable. Must have a warm and friendly personality, while having sensitivity to meet the needs of a diverse population. Must have a willingness to fulfill the job responsibilities in accordance to the program and agency goals. Possess the ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act in an emergency situation. Must have initiative, organizational, clerical, interpersonal and leadership skills. Basic computer skills, record keeping, email, spreadsheets.  Knowledge of operating Windows.  Ability to relate to youth and adults in a professional manner.

The GTM Coordinator is responsible for understanding the intricacies of working in and managing an after school program and the importance of dynamic staffing, flexibility and an openness to learning with the youth being served. This role requires a charismatic personality that can both identify and set boundaries with the youth in the Castle Park area who need unique support and guidance from individuals whom they respect and can relate to. The GTM Coordinator is passionate about serving underserved and primarily Hispanic populations who come from diverse backgrounds.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  •  Should posses intricate working knowledge of the following specific interventions: PMO, AEC, Re-teaching/Retesting, Saturday Academies, Saturday Quarterly Intervention Plan (SQIP), Saturday Extended Learning Program (SELP), Attendance Recovery, Rising Stars, Shining Stars, Shooting Stars, Math 7 All stars, Achieve 3000 All Stars, Intersession Intervention and Credit Recovery;
  • Possess good working knowledge of Chancery, Connect Ed, Data Director and Able Bits;

  • Case management, this includes individual, group, couple and family counseling and other services relative to program goals and objectives.  Including goals and objectives agreed upon with the client based on the Family Well Being Assessment.
  •  Maintain case records and client files as required by SBCS and its funding sources.
  •  Appropriate coordination of contacts with other public and private organizations and individuals, as necessary to effectively serve clients.  (e.g. progress reports to referral sources, client referrals to other agencies).
  •  Monthly statistical reports of services provided as required by SBCS.
  •  Outreach to target population in order to effectively reach those in need of services.
  •  Participation in special projects and activities as related to agency’s goals and objectives.
  •  Participation in agency special events, such as fundraisers, annual meetings, and open houses.
  •  Crisis intervention services, and referrals to telephone and walk in persons.
  •  Response to domestic violence calls from the police department.
  •  Weekends and on call pager services, as required.
  •  Participation and assistance in implementing program components.

Title: Families as Partners Program Supervisor

Reports to: Department Director

Job Purpose:

Under the supervision of the Department Director, the Program Supervisor shall be responsible for providing services and ensuring that their team provides services to SBCS’ clients and the community.  Services will be consistent with agency goals, objectives, mission and style.  The Program Supervisor is responsible to facilitate the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.  He/she will ensure that the goals and objectives are met.  The Program Supervisor’s role is to provide guidance and support to team members and to serve as a link to other teams and to the Department Director. The Program Supervisor is responsible for staff development and evaluations in conjunction with the Department Director. The Program Supervisor facilitates team and individual problem solving and recognizes achievements. 

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Management of the team and project services including development, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Supervision and training of FAP Clinicians, Parent Partners, and Program Aide performing team & project services.
  • Assist with processing and assigning FAP referrals.
  • Communicate regularly with CWS FAP Supervisor regarding the prioritization of FAP referrals, immediate needs of clients, and resources available to clients.
  • Carry a designated caseload, including TDM meetings, and emergency client visits when necessary.
  • Review and approve FAP Clinician’s verbal and written recommendation reports.
  • Communicate regularly with CSF Liaison and CSF Program Director regarding shared referrals and cases to ensure appropriate program linkages for clients.
  • Coordinate with other SBCS Program Directors.
  • Adhere to agency and County client confidentiality, HIPAA, and mandated reporting policies.
  • Attend agency required leadership team, department, staff and assigned committee meetings.
  • Participate in agency and County required trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Department Director.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly required reports for the County of San Diego.
  • Participate in Contractors’ meetings with the County of San Diego.
  • Review and audit client case files and required County and agency client documents.
  • Conduct FAP team and individual supervision meetings.
  • Co-facilitate Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings with CWS FAP Supervisor.
  • Process emergency wrap funds requests for FAP clients in crisis.
  • Oversee the accuracy of the program’s data collection entry system.
  • Participate in County Case Consultation and other meetings as requested by CWS.
  • Attend community collaboration meetings to ensure effective collaboration within the South region.

 Qualifications:

Supervisory staff will be licensed as an MFT or LCSW in the state of California/Licensure may be waived per contract approval. Minimum 1 year experience in supervising staff; Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children, youth, and families; Required knowledge of Child Welfare Services system and working with CWS system.  Bilingual is (English/Spanish) required.  Ability to work with a diverse cultural population.  Own transportation, valid California driver’s license, bondable and insurable.EOE.
