SBCS began as a drop in center for teens and has grown into a multi-service agency providing services and programs to assist the whole family.

Mi Escuelita Therapeutic Preschool was highlighted in the San Diego Union Tribune on Sunday, April 19, 2009. Mi Escuelita provides free all-day specialized care and curriculum for children affected by domestic violence.
